Where do I find the motivation to keep doing better? Somedays are easier than others, somedays it seems impossible. Trying to get out of my own head is the hardest thing. Every external factor has an impact on what goes on in my head. Waking up feeling good, looking good, and having more energy should be all the motivation I need, but it isn't enough. How do we motivate ourselves? It is so easy to tell yourself you can do this, but when it actually comes time to do it, why can I not follow thru. It is the most aggravating aspect of trying to be healthy and do the right thing for well-being. Keep trying is all we can do. Knowing that if I put in the work the outcome will bring me joy and health. One foot in front of the other, here I go!
