Weird Energy

I’m not sure what is happening in the universe right now but everything feels off. I’m attempting sobriety, once again in life, but it feels different this time. Incorporating healthy mindfulness, physical health and managing my nutrient intake, it’s a lot. I have strong beliefs in astrology and the energy of our galaxies on the human psyche. The energy is strong at the present moment. I’m feeling it more intensely because I’m not destructively self medicating. If we can accept our demons and feed them a different kind of poison we will win. Using everything present in my immediate surroundings and energy of my aura I will make the hardest choices to beat these demons at their own game. I am making this choice and I will win.
