Where do we begin? We get stuck in the monotony of life. We succumb to the bad habits and inconsistencies developed over the years. How do we change the things in life that make us unhappy and unhealthy? First YOU have to make the choice to change. Change is hard, and no one likes change. But when is it enough and where do we start. Dig deep into your soul and mind, begin with positive talk and encouraging yourself. Sick and tired of being sick and tired, CHANGE IT. Only you can make that choice. The biggest part of change is consistency. Staying motivated and following a new habit will only work if you are consistent with it. Progress, track it, the small wins count and often make the biggest difference in our mental health. When we get these little victories we get a rush to work toward something bigger and better.
