I get so tired of thinking about food. The grocery store list, prepping, cooking, cleaning, EVERYDAY. When you add the family into the mix, who likes this, who doesn't like that, ugh, it gets so monotonous. How can we change this? Someday your just going to feel blah and order a pizza, it's ok! It just can't become our normal everyday way of life. Meal planning can sometimes be a daunting task as well. We have to figure out what works best for us. Each of us are different, different household, different tastes, hectic schedules. Change one thing a week or if you have the time, one thing a day. Add something new to a weekly shopping list or cooking plan. Try one new recipe a week, attempt to get the kids involved in the cooking process. We tend to get overwhelmed with all the information out there. Just keep it simple, what ever your simple is. One thing at a time, but with consistency. Consistency is the key to changing habits and making a healthier and happier life.
